The 200B make-up solution contains strong acidic substances, so it should be added carefully, and 200C adjusting agent (3-4): 1 should be used before adding. The consumption of 200B is about 150 ~ 200ml / Kah, which can also be added according to Hall cell test.

The pH value of the plating solution should be controlled at 9.0-10, not lower than 9, so as not to affect the binding force of the coating. Potassium carbonate is used to increase the pH value and 200B is used to decrease the pH value.

The anode material shall be rolled high-purity copper plate. In order to prevent the anode mud and copper powder from polluting the plating solution, nylon sleeve shall be used and the plating solution shall be continuously filtered.

It is required to strictly prevent CN - and metal ions such as iron, copper, nickel and chromium from polluting the bath liquid, resulting in poor coating appearance, foggy, rough crystal, dark red color and other defects.
